Our network continues to grow around the world
We are proud to announce that we have added new PoPs in Munich, Germany; Bucharest, Romania;
and Bangkok, Thailand. We now have 160 Super PoP locations, and continue to increase our global
network capacity.
Enhancements to our Slicer software
We’ve added new features and functionality to the Verizon Media Slicer, the ingest point for our streaming service, to further improve your streaming workflow. We now offer:
- Captions support for fragmented TTML and WebVTT output. You can replace up to 63 additional WebVTT caption tracks after encode. For those outside North America, we now offer support for DVB Teletext and DVB TTML subtitles on Slicer ingest
