Adaptive request load balancing ensures there’s never too much of a good thing
As traffic volumes delivered by our CDN increase, we continue expanding the number and size of our PoPs. But it takes more than quantity to ensure optimal performance. Read how our efforts on an adaptive request load balancing system ensure network health, stability and an optimal user experience regardless of network load.
Why edge applications are the key to simplifying edge computing
The need to balance compute power with latency has made edge computing a hot topic this past year. A fact that will continue throughout 2021 as we transform our network into an edge compute cloud. Read this blog to learn more about our plans to offer highly optimized, fully tested, pre-built functions integrated into our CDN that you can enable quickly and easily without developing and supporting code.
Here’s to a more secure 2021: Introducing Web Security Solution
Bad actors seeking to damage your web applications and online presence never rest. To help further protect your content, resources and reputation, we’re excited to launch our Web Security Solution. This major enhancement to our security services makes our WAF even more modular and flexible, enabling you to protect your sprawling web/mobile apps and APIs. Web Security Solution consolidates our legacy WAF and Rate Limiting features and provides a powerful new mechanism to manage overall security configurations independent of CDN configuration, significantly reducing the time it takes to set up a WAF service.
