When NBC had trouble getting their ads returned in longer episodic content, our SE and App Support teams worked to locate the issue and discovered it originated in a third-party ad server. Other competitors would have shrugged this off as no concern, but DMS rose to the challenge. We collaborated with NBC and their vendors to create a new feature that enabled more customer control in communicating with our system to ignore the timeout and wait for ads. This is how a true partnership works!
