Q: Who are CAB members?

We have invited a core group of elite customers to participate in our Customer Advisory Board. They are proven leaders within the media and entertainment space who currently use our services.

Q: Can I invite anyone else that I know or from my company to participate in the CAB?

No. Participation in the CAB is by invite-only and is non-transferrable.

Q: What are your expectations for CAB members?

We encourage all CAB members to participate in our events and activities throughout the year.

Inaugural Customer Advisory Board Event FAQs

Q: Where will the Inaugural Customer Advisory Board Event take place?

All activities will take place within the Los Angeles area. Exact locations and addresses will be shared in Summer 2017.

Q: Do I have to register to attend?

Yes. Please register at this link. No walk-ins or day-of registrations will be accepted.

Q: Can I bring any guests?

All activities within the Inaugural Customer Advisory Board Event are closed to CAB members only.

Q: What expenses will be covered?

Verizon Digital Media Services will cover all activity, lunch, dinner and ground transportation expenses. Hotel accommodations must be covered by each individual attendee.

Q: Can I audio or video record any portion of the CAB?

No. Audio and video recording of any part of the CAB event is strictly prohibited. All dialogue and discussions are under an NDA clause.

Q: What if I registered but now need to cancel?

We understand that schedules frequently change. Please email us as soon as you know you will not be able to attend: cabinfo@verizondigitalmedia.com.
