Verizon Media Addresses COVID-19

Verizon/Verizon Media has been closely monitoring the coronavirus outbreak, including following guidance from public health authorities, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We have implemented strategies to protect our workforce and taken steps to minimize risk of disruption to our ongoing operations. As the situation evolves, we’ll continue to work closely with our customers, partners and suppliers to support ongoing business operations.

Protecting our employees

To protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners,Verizon/Verizon Media has suspended all international travel and limited travel within the U.S. We are implementing strategies to help ensure continuity of operations such as enabling employees to work from home. We have also and will continue to provide our employees with updated information on the coronavirus, risks, and infection prevention strategies as well as taking steps to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Maintaining Ongoing Operations

Verizon's networks are designed and constructed to support our customers’ needs. Built for resilience, our networks have the capacity to support increased demand and Verizon stands ready to support our business customers if they determine additional resources or services are needed to support their business demands.

Additionally, the company's networks are monitored closely 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our support teams and engineers stand ready to address any issues that may arise. Our support workforce is well equipped and capable of working remotely, so you can continue to rely on the same channels to open tickets, monitor status and collaborate with our support teams.

As always, you can view real-time network status information and updates on high-priority incidents, customer impacting issues and maintenance activities at status.verizondigitalmedia.com. In the event of a closure or site evacuation, we have processes in place that will continue to support ongoing operations.

We will be continuously monitoring developments throughout this period of uncertainty and believe the steps we are taking will assist us in continuing to provide effective service to our customers and in ensuring our customers’ content and applications are available, ready and responsive.
