So what’s new?
An improved look and feel: The new network and broadcast status page at status.verizondigitalmedia.com provides users with a new layout that offers a more concentrated and organized view of our current network health. This concise view of our real-time network status allows customers to see, at a glance, what means most to them.
Push notifications: This new status page also offers customers the choice to receive proactive network status updates via email, text message and webhook integration, in addition to the existing RSS feeds our customers currently use – everything but carrier pigeons. To subscribe, simply go to status.verizondigitalmedia.com. On the top right corner of the screen, click “subscribe” and choose the notification method that works best for you. Please note that you must subscribe to each notification method individually.
Customizable updates: As part of this new release, customers can now manage update preferences by service type and delivery regions. That means if you only do content delivery in North America, you don’t have to receive notifications about performance in Asia. Select the information that is most crucial to your business, and save time by opting out of any unnecessary updates.
