Announcing Our Latest Improvements to the MCC User Experience

Verizon Digital Media Services’ Web Platform Team has been making great strides in adaptations to our Media Control Center (MCC), which is our customer-facing web application that allows users to configure and monitor their own content delivery network (CDN) accounts. Our new, easier-to-navigate and more intuitive user interface makes the MCC more user friendly.

What’s new?

UX design improvements to the MCC:

  • An update of the look and feel of the header and navigation to provide users with a less cluttered and easier-to-navigate page.
  • The addition of a user-settings dropdown menu to leave additional room in the header area for displaying informational dialogs.


What’s on the horizon?

The updates mentioned above are just a small part of a larger strategic initiative focused on providing a more intuitive and consistent user experience across all services in our platform.
